1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "663bat," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 663bat platform operated at 663bat.club and the entity responsible for its operation under international gaming standards.
• "Platform" means the 663bat website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any other gaming products offered thereon.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with 663bat or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by you on registration, through which all gaming and financial transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which 663bat accounts are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or deposit match amounts credited to your account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals can be processed from your 663bat account.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 663bat account registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by using the Platform in any manner, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the 663bat Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 663bat with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3 Eligibility

Use of the 663bat Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 663bat enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to be registered by an individual under 21 will be closed immediately and all deposits returned, less any amounts already wagered.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the 663bat Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must be the beneficial owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your 663bat account. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or agent of 663bat or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such a person.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 663bat Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any change to the details provided.

663bat reserves the right to verify all information provided at registration before activating your account or processing any withdrawal. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure without refund of any balances.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 663bat account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 663bat support immediately at [email protected].

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 663bat account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• 663bat will never contact you to request your password by any means, including email, SMS, or live chat.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 663bat account and must not reuse a password used for any other online service.
• You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available.
• You must notify 663bat immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

663bat shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

6 Deposits

All deposits on the 663bat Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. 663bat does not accept cash deposits.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
• 663bat does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment service provider may apply transaction fees at their discretion.
• Deposit transactions are generally credited to your 663bat wallet within seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.
• 663bat reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity or money laundering.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 663bat account are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 663bat applies a withdrawal-to-deposit matching policy: withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.
• First-time withdrawals from a 663bat account require completion of the KYC verification process. Required documents typically include a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of residential address not older than three months. KYC review is completed within 24 hours of document submission in most cases.
• Subsequent withdrawals from fully verified accounts are processed to JazzCash and EasyPaisa on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
• 663bat reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending additional verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

663bat offers various promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which must be read in conjunction with this section.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to your main withdrawable balance.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is 25x the bonus amount. Individual promotion pages will state the applicable requirement clearly.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that expire before the Wagering Requirement is met are forfeited without compensation.
• 663bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, 663bat will honour the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
• Each promotion is limited to one per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• 663bat reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and any associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multiple account registration, use of third-party funds, arbitrage or hedging strategies, and systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics.

9 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets offered on the 663bat Platform. Sport-specific rules are published separately within the sportsbook section of the Platform and are incorporated herein by reference.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. 663bat reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by system errors or human error on the part of the trading team.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event may be voided at 663bat's discretion, except in designated in-play (live betting) markets where post-start placement is permitted by the market rules.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the published sport-specific rules applicable to that event type. In the absence of a specific rule, abandoned events are generally voided and stakes returned.
• The minimum single bet stake is Rs 100. The minimum accumulator stake is Rs 50 per leg. Maximum bet limits are set per market and per event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• 663bat reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from accounts identified as engaging in systematic or professional betting strategies incompatible with the platform's terms.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is — are governed by the additional cricket betting rules accessible from the Cricket section of the Platform.

10 Casino Games

All casino games offered on the 663bat Platform, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and virtual sports, use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live-stream technology provided by licensed third-party game studios.

• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is disclosed within the individual game information panel accessible from the game lobby.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, 663bat's system will record the last known game state. Any wager already placed and confirmed at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the recorded outcome. 663bat is not liable for losses arising from disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.
• 663bat does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be removed from the platform for technical, regulatory, or commercial reasons without prior notice.
• Game malfunctions or software errors that result in an incorrect outcome void all affected wagers. Stakes will be returned to the affected player's account. 663bat's decision on such matters is final.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 663bat Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or poker-variant games.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known system error must be reported to 663bat immediately; failure to do so constitutes fraudulent conduct.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, including matched betting strategies that exploit welcome bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals against legitimate 663bat transactions. Any player initiating a chargeback against a valid 663bat deposit will have their account suspended and the matter referred for collection.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 663bat Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of 663bat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written consent from 663bat.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any 663bat brand asset, including the 663bat name and logo, in any marketing, social media, or commercial context without written authorisation.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 663bat's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 663bat account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

663bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 663bat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

663bat does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.

14 Responsible Gaming

663bat is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 663bat players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified duration of continuous platform use.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 months. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

15 Suspension & Account Closure

663bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Dormant account balances will be held for a period of 24 months from the date of last login before being treated as unclaimed.
• Player request via the responsible gaming self-exclusion process.

Upon account closure for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement) will be returned to the registered payment method within five business days.

Where an account is closed due to prohibited conduct or breach of these Terms, 663bat reserves the right to retain any account balance as liquidated damages for the losses caused by the breach.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which 663bat holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between you and 663bat regarding a bet settlement, account decision, or any other Platform matter, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: Submit your dispute in writing to [email protected] with full details of the matter, including your account username, relevant transaction IDs, and the outcome you are seeking.
2. Internal Review: 663bat will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within five business days.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 663bat's response, you may request escalation to a senior review panel, whose decision will be communicated within a further ten business days.

663bat's decision following the escalation process is final and binding with respect to all gaming and bet settlement matters. Nothing in this section prevents you from seeking legal remedies available under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

17 Amendments to These Terms

663bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 663bat will provide notice to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 15.
